The crime against women is increasing at a considerable rate. Every day we see new rape cases. Moreover, the only step people take against it is lighting candles. However, this darkness will not go away from the candles that burn in night and got blown off after an hour or two. We all have to take needful steps in this regard as the change in society is not in the hands of government it is in our own hands.  Today we will highlight some of the most brutal rape cases of 2017 which highlights the change is not near.
