America is a developed country and full of educated and talented people. India, on the other hand, is a religious and spiritual country. Though, India comprises of no less talented people than America. But, there are still some things which Americans can do very easily but Indians cannot. Have a look at the list and you will strongly agree with our points.
1. They Follow Traffic Rules
Yes, of course, traffic rules are meant to be followed, but Indians have a different perspective towards it. In India, a person following all the traffic rules is really hard to find. They are so impatient and busy that they can break any rule not caring about their safety!
2. They Respect the Dustbin Saying, “USE ME”!
Americans have a good habit of putting the trash in the dustbin. But, in India, if dustbins are far or are out of reach then the trash and litter will be thrown anywhere suitable to them. Luckily, the Swachcha Bharat Abhiyan is on its peak and showing a little improvisation in the habits of citizens.
3. They Don’t Honk Unnecessarily!
Indian streets are always filled with honking vehicles and impatient people. In America, the scenario is the opposite. No unnecessary honking is allowed and even the citizens are patient enough to control honking.
4. They Don’t See The Caste Before Falling In Love!
Indians feel that the basic ingredient to a happy married life is the same caste and the same religion. Whereas, people in America marry the people they love or the ones they are comfortable with.
5. They Let The Ambulances Take Over
Americans have this very good and decent habit of letting the Ambulances and fire vehicles overtake them. They even stop at the sides to less these vehicles pass with ease. There is a totally opposite scenario. Here, people have more urgent and important tasks to do rather than letting the ambulance reach faster and save someone’s life.
6. They Don’t Stare!
In India, you might have witnessed situations where a foreigner lady is passing by and people stare at her and pass comments. Americans, on the other hand, have good control over their actions and do not stare at anyone regardless of how beautiful she is.
7. They Can Kiss In Public
Another perk of being and American is that they are allowed to kiss in public. Even their wedding tradition says so. In India, one cannot even imagine doing so. They will either end up in jail or in the narrow minds of people.
There are many weird things in the USA that surprises the tourists visiting the United States.
So, this is the time when we Indians need to take some good lessons from America! There is always a scope of learning and there is no harm in learning good things from anyone, isn’t it?
