Investigators are now working to piece together the sequence of events and determine whether the firing was specifically directed at the actor or whether other circumstances were involved. The motive has not been established in the information available.
The case has also drawn attention because of alleged links to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. These connections remain part of the investigation, and the suspects’ arrests alone do not establish the gang’s involvement.
Mumbai Police Register FIR Against Three Accused
#WATCH | Mumbai | Firing incident involving actor Tiger Shroff | Maharashtra Dy CM Eknath Shinde says, “This is a major incident… five rounds were fired, but fortunately, he was safe. His driver sustained injuries, and the incident is condemnable. I met with the actor; he has injuries on his left hand caused by gunpowder and shards of glass. Both he and his mother are quite shaken… I have assured them that the state government stands with them in the face of the open threats being directed at public figures… No form of threat will be tolerated. Such gang wars were quite common in the 90s, but the Mumbai Police put an end to them in 1995… These attempts to intimidate people will not be tolerated, and we will put an end to this hooliganism…”

Mumbai Police has registered a First Information Report (FIR) in connection with the firing incident. According to ANI, the case names three accused and includes provisions under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Arms Act.
The FIR reportedly invokes Sections 109(1) and 3(5) of the BNS, along with Sections 3 and 25 of the Arms Act. These provisions form part of the legal framework under which the police are investigating the alleged shooting and the suspected involvement of the accused. Further investigation will be required to establish the evidence against each individual.
Police are continuing to gather information about the incident, including the movements of the suspects and the circumstances that led to the alleged firing. Their questioning is expected to help investigators determine what happened and whether additional people played a role.
Investigation Continues After The Arrests
The arrest of the three suspects in Kota marks a significant step in the investigation, but several questions remain unanswered. Authorities still need to establish the motive behind the alleged shooting, the exact roles of the accused and whether anyone else was involved.
The alleged links to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang will also require verification as investigators examine the available evidence.
For now, the case remains under investigation. The arrests may help police reconstruct the events surrounding the Juhu incident, while further findings will determine the next steps in the legal proceedings.
