1. Broccoli & Cauliflower
Don’t put them in the salad or pasta raw. These vegetables could get harsh on you in terms of digestion. Lightly steaming or tossing in a pan with some oil can make them soft. Also, this will make them easy to digest.
Eating raw potatoes can lead to gastrointestinal problems like bloating. Bake them, boil them, or do any other cooking technique but do not eat them raw. Also, never eat potatoes which are stored for too long and have green spots on them. They can cause food poisoning.
It is suggested to cook asparagus first before eating. This will result in an increase in its nutritional value. However, eating them raw would also not harm your body.
4. Brussels Sprouts
