If you are one of those persons who doesn’t believe in the existence of paranormal activities, then these real life incidents will make you think about it.
Did you ever imagine the condition of the cast of horror movies, when they shoot those frightening scenes for months?
Yes, many actors of these horror movies experienced paranormal activities when they were shooting for the film.
Here are the blood curdling experiences that even made the crew shook with fear:
1. The Conjuring
This movie even gave heart attacks to some even while shooting it. The screenwriters of The Conjuring couldn’t talk to real life demonologist Lorraine Warren for information over phone. They experienced disturbance on the line every time they tried to contact. When asked about this, Lorraine said that the spirits were preventing them from getting in touch with each other.
The second incident they experienced is during production, the hotel in which the crew was staying caught fire without any reason.
It is true that dogs can sense the presence of a spirit before anyone else can. Director James Wan’s dog always looked for some invisible entity around the haunted house.
“Claw marks mysteriously appeared one day on my laptop screen without any reason,” said Vera Farmiga, who played Lorraine in the movie.
When the wind is whipping only around certain people, then it is quite strange. When Perron Family, on whose life the movie is based, visited the sets, wind whipped around them, but nearby trees remained still.
2. The Omen
The scariest thing is almost all the cast of this movie met with separate accidents. Yes, you read it right. Actor Gregory Peck, writer David Seltzer, and executive producer Mace Neufeld had their planes hit by lighting.
The hotel in which Neufeld was staying was bombed by IRA and so was a restaurant where several cast members were eating. After the movie is released, Film’s visual effects consultant and his assistant, Liz Moore, met with an accident which left Moore decapitated quite similarly to one of the characters in the film, and Richardson, who was badly hurt, crawled out of the car and saw a road sign reading, ‘Ommen, 66.6 km.’
3. The Exorcist
Who are all associated with the movie died after its release. The set of the movie was completely destroyed by fire but Regan’s bedroom was spared. Actor Linda Blair, who played Regan, lost her grandfather.
4. The Exorcism Of Emily Rose
Jennifer Carpenter who played Emily in the movie experienced a lot of paranormal activities. She experienced radio mysteriously getting turning off and on in her home.
During an interview she said, “I thought about that when it happened, and two or three times when I was going to sleep my radio came on by itself. The only time it scared me was once because it was really loud and it was Pearl Jam’s ‘Alive.’ Laura’s Linney TV came on a couple of times.”
5. The Amityville Horror
Just like the person on whose life the movie is based, Ryan Reynolds who played the protagonist in the movie kept waking up at precisely 3:15 am.
6. The Shining
The whole set of the movie got burnt down without any reason. The book from which the movie was adopted also had a scene where the whole Hotel got burnt down.
