1. It Is Extreme Psychological Disorder If You Don’t Dream
Except for yogis, all other ordinary human beings do dream a lot. If you don’t dream. then it could actually be a case of extreme psychological disorder.
2. It Is Not Easy To Remember 100% Dream
Unless you observe your dream in the early morning, you can’t remember. Because within 5 minutes of waking half of your dream is forgotten. And within ten minutes of waking up, 90% is gone.
3. You Can Control Your Dreams
Only a yogic practitioner can control his dreams. It is called the “Lucid dreaming” where you are aware of what you are dreaming. But it is not so easy to get that state. You need to give up many of your bad habits and live in a disciplined manner.
4. You Will Never Meet A Complete Stranger In Your Dream
Our mind doesn’t invent faces which means you never meet a complete stranger in your dream. We see the faces of real people that we have seen during our life but may not remember.
