Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra residence on June 14th. The post mortem report states that the actor has committed suicide. He was just 34. Mumbai police are investigating the case, but till now there is no clue on why the actor has taken such a drastic step. The death of Sushant Singh Rajput has shocked the entire nation. Many fans of Sushant Singh Rajput is asking for a CBI inquiry for Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide. But now BJP MP Subramanian Swamy cites 26 point evidence that shows why actor Sushant Singh Rajput death was not suicide, but murder. Subramanian Swamy took to Twitter and shared a photo of the document to support his claim.

Subramanian Swamy shares the evidence list after Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh declared that there will be no CBI probe in the death case. In the document, Subramanian Swamy noted the points between suicide and murder theory. According to the document, the mark on Sushant Singh Rajput’s neck did not indicate suicide but instead hinted at homicide. The list of evidence has 26 evidence points. Out of which only two support the theory of suicide while 24 points support the theory of murder.

The document contains evidence like “No eyes pop out, various marks on the body, location, and length of ligature mark, no froth from the mouth, no tongue protrusion, cloth hanging from the fan, no small table and furniture found inside, the body language of closest friends, no suicide notes, SSR changed his sim cards, CCTV outage, missing room duplicate key, his manager Disha Salian’s suicide, no financial crisis, servant changing statement, among other things.
