This might be shocking news for all "Porn lovers".

Women lawyers of Supreme Court pleaded to Modi government 5 months ago to find out ways to ban porn on social media.

SCWLA (Supreme Court Woman Lawyers’ Association) suggested that no porn site can have free access; if they are so desperate then they have to pay huge amount to government of India but not to service providers which can act as discouragement. It in turn can be used as revenue generation model to government.

The Association also suggested for rehabilitation centers for those who addicted to porn. They also appealed to block the 8 porn sites.

In September 2013, After a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) sought a blanket ban on online porn saying pornography leads to sexual violence, the Supreme Court has asked the government to respond in a month's time.

In August 4, 2015, government has ordered blocking of 857 porn websites, but it didn’t come into action.

Referring to continuous and increasing molestation cases, senior lawyer and SCWLA secretary said, "The government should make a security payment gateway before allowing any person to view porn online. Also, before the payment, details like name, address, and contact number should be verified and only after the completion of such details, should the payment be allowed. Also, it can be a great revenue-generating model for the government

This time, Supreme Court women lawyers has come up with great suggestions to Modi government to take this stringent step into action.

Let's see!!!
