3. Brazil – Leave For Vacations
It may seem like a dream for us but it is a law in Brazil. According to the work related laws in Brazil, the workers get 41-day paid leaves in a year. It is a great opportunity for them to invest this quality time in travelling.
4. Austria – Compulsory Paid Leave Vacations
Austria is giving a 22- working day paid vacations in a year to the workers. Moreover, the workers with over 25-year experience are eligible for additional 13 days of paid vacations.
5. France – Leave To Start A Business
France is giving 12-month unpaid leave to the employees who want to start their own business. However, to get the 12-month leave, the employees should have been with the company for last 2 years.
6. Netherland – Day Weekend
You work hard for 6 straight days and get only one holiday. However, the employees in Netherland do not have to suffer continuously for 6 days as they have a 3-day weekend there.

8. Japan – Take A Nap During Work Hours

9. Japan – Law About The Waistline
In 2008, Japan implemented the law. According to the law, “the Employees (40-75) will be given diet advices if their waistlines are over the respective limit. Hence, being overweight is against the law there. This is what we call the survival of the fittest.
10. Europe – Travel Time Is Included In Work Hours
European employees can be considered lucky as their travelling time is included in the working time. Undoubtedly, each one of us would desire India to implement this law.
