We usually anticipate that the customer will scold the delivery person for being late with the food item delivery. It’s not always the case, though. Some folks know the difficulty these delivery agents have navigating the traffic. In India, the holiday season is currently underway. In this situation, getting food delivered on time can be difficult. Delivery agents frequently arrive late due to the increased demand and traffic, which is quite understandable. A recent video posted on Twitter shows what recently occurred.

In the popular video, a customer greets a delivery person with a very kind gesture. An employee of Zomato appears to be approaching My Kumar’s door in the video’s opening moments. On the other side, the Delhi man was waiting for the delivery agent at the door with an “aarti ki thali.” As a special treat for Dussehra, Sanjeev had ordered chole bhature from Haldirams. However, the delivery was about an hour late because of the traffic in Delhi.

On the delivery person’s forehead, the client applies a tikka. In addition, he sings for him, “Aayiye, aapka intezaar tha.” Moreover, he sprinkles him with holy water. In the caption of his video, the man wrote, “Getting your order despite “Dilli ka traffic.” Thank you, Zomato.” Sanjeev Tyagi posted the video on his Instagram account. He is a Delhi-based businessman. Over 4.8 million people have viewed and liked the reel.

Netizens React To The Incident

Internet users adored the video and applauded the owner’s sweet gesture. They praised him for his humorous action and his handling it delicately. One Twitter user remarked that it was the finest welcome a delivery boy has ever received. Another person made the amusing comment that this uncle has been anticipating the movement for his entire life. A third person even claimed that he would surely do it, if just once in his life. Additionally, the delivery boy taking off his helmet for the tikka is gaining popularity.

This is not the only video on social media in which a food agent was appreciated. Another admirable example was a video from the past where a man was delivering food along with his children. The internet was also crazy over this video.
