We all have heard that “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper”. But what we are doing? Even our foodie habits get changed and we intake too many fast foods and calories which has severe impacts on our body and also leads to chronic overeating. How many cups of coffee do you take while at the office? Excess fo everything is bad. Coffee contains caffeine. This is the reason why we increase in anxiety and also insomnia.

Sitting in front of the computer for long leads to stiffness in the body. Most of the time we crack our fingers and even our neck to remove that stiffness from the body. But cracking your neck too often may lead to stroke and a serious neck injury. While the best practice we can follow is don’t sit continuously in front of your machine for long. Do walk after every couple of hours.

 

5. Having Painkillers

Sometimes because of our lifestyle, we do suffer many body pains. To get rid of that pain, we take painkillers. But do you know these painkillers also have various side-affects on your body? Drugs like aspirin can increase the risk of high blood pressure, ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, and even heart attacks.

 

6. Nail Biting

Many times when we watch any sports, be it cricket, wrestling, basketball, tennis or football, we see many exciting and thrilling moments in the match. Even commentators call it a nail-biting match.
