A shrimp cocktail is healthier than a shrimp casserole. Steamed vegetables won’t have as many calories as a loaded baked potato.
Traveling can be quite stressful. When you have to think about food choices when you’re tired and overwhelmed, you’ll probably eat less healthily. A little bit of forethought about your diet goes a long way towards staying healthy, no matter where the road, or the water, or the flight takes you.
