Shark Tank India 2 has completed its five-week television run. Additionally, the sharks are receiving more and more love and ideas. Up until now, the sharks have invested a total of Rs. 42.93 crores in various companies and businesses. This season, there are six sharks on the show. It includes Vineeta Singh, Amit Jain, Peyush Bansal, Namita Thapar, Anupam Mittal, and Aman Gupta. After week 5, each shark’s investment was recently out by Sony TV. Namita Thapar, the executive director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals, is leading among the sharks. Additionally, she is at the top of the list, having invested a total of Rs. 10.25 crore.

In the previous season, she was perceived by some as being restrictive or hesitant to invest. However, she undoubtedly changed it this time around, investing around one-fourth of the whole amount. Out of the seven sharks, she also contributed the third-highest overall amount in Season 1. Namita Thapar added that her solo investment in Rare Planet was the year’s biggest triumph. It is an organization that promotes eco-friendly handicrafts. Additionally, sharing the three factors that make her invest in prospective businesses, she added,

“I follow a 4F investment framework – founder, foundation, financials, and fit and have elaborated on these concepts in my book “The Dolphin and The Shark”. Briefly, the founders need to be driven, should be solving a big and complex problem, should know their financials well, and the business should be a good fit with my experience and interest so I can help.”

Peyush Bansal, the founder of Lenskart, comes in second place with an investment of Rs 8.86 crore. Anupam Mittal, the founder of Shaadi.com, contributed Rs 7.29 crore, and shark Aman Gupta contributed Rs 8.26 crore, according to Sony TV. Vineeta Singh of Sugar Cosmetics has also invested Rs. 4.61 crores. Additionally, Amit Jain, the CEO and co-founder of Car Dekho, was late to the show. He has so far invested a total of Rs. 3.66 crores.

With their innovative business ideas, the entrepreneurs on the show have sparked a lot of buzz. Sony TV and Sony Liv are streaming Shark Tank India 2.
