Krafton Unveils Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS): Everything You Need To Know

The South Korean video game company Krafton recently disclosed the release date for the most recent battlegrounds mobile India 2023 project, one of its most well-known mobile titles. It is the first-ever BGIS tournament with a LAN event finale. The BGIS will witness thousands of teams and players compete for the prize money of Rs 2 crores. What Is BGIS?

Battlegrounds Mobile India Series 2023, or BGIS 2023, is the second edition of the Battlegrounds Mobile India series (BGIS), where a total of 256 teams have been invited based on past performances. Many underdog teams got invitations to the ground event. The competition will be a fantastic opportunity for players to finally meet other game enthusiasts and get a taste of the excitement of competitive taste.

The Format

There are 256 teams divided into two parts of 128 teams each. In the first week, the first set of 128 teams will play, and only 64 teams will be qualified for the next round in week 3. In the succeeding week, the next stage of 128 teams will get a chance to play, and only 64 teams out of them will be selected for the next round in week 4. Moreover, there are just 128 teams left in the competition. The cycle will continue until the remaining 32 teams compete in week 5.

Make sure that your team was an active part of the first meeting of the series. It is essential for your team to secure a position in the first, second, third, and fourth rounds of the tournament.
