Anant Ambani And Radhika Merchant’s Second Pre-Wedding Bash In Italy
The youngest son of Mukesh Ambani and the daughter of the wealthy industrialist will tie the knot on the 12th of July. The families celebrated the pre-wedding moments first in Jamnagar and spent, more than 100 crores on the beautiful decorations, international performances, three-day activities, and whatnot. The cruise from Palermo to the south of France is the second pre-wedding bash. It was set to sail on the 29th of May. On June 1, the expensive cruise made a stop at Portofino for a majestic celebration called ‘La Dolce Vita’. The party was organized to feel and celebrate in the summer of the beautiful place. Anant and Radhika invited 800 guests and welcomed them onboard on a splendid cruise.

The extravagant celebrations impressed the entire world. The top-notch celebrations were one of the few kinds when it comes to opulent events. Amidst the viral pictures and appreciation posts, Italians’ upset reactions cannot be ignored. According to the reports, the party didn’t seem to sit well with the locals and businesses of Italy. The locals complained of loud music and the city shut down which left them fuming in anger.
The main reason behind the anger of the people in Portofino and Genoa was the city shut down due to cruise stoppage. The reports tell that the entire bay in Portofino was closed off which hindered the visits of of the locals and tourists while the celebration was on. The argument made by the Italians made sense as there was no shutdown in cities during the weddings or events of other celebrities such as Australian singer Sia and TV star Kourtney Kardashian.

The people also reported loud music which kept them awake. The loudspeakers of the cruise that arrived in Genoa early on Sunday, June 2, 2024, had an negative impact on the city as well. Local police were called around 4:30 AM as the residents protested.
“Offensive And Bad-Mannered Guest”
The viral clipping of the local newspaper in Italy reports about the “offensive and bas-mannered guest” at the celebration. The Times reports that several local eateries in the town were given offers ranging from €7,000 to €10,000 to serve the Ambani visitors. They requested they serve focaccia, kebabs with beetroot goat cheese, and paneer tikka. However, in the opinion of Andrea Miroli, manager of the renowned restaurant II Punty, they were asked to provide lobster sandwiches and were only notified 20 days before the opulent event.
