Major telecom companies like Vodafone, Airtel, and Idea have lost a large share of their customers to Jio. Customers are favoring Jio over its pleasing customer service and wide network that penetrates even the rural areas.
There are few customers of Airtel that are not at all content with its services. One of those, Shubham Sahoo took to Twitter to express problems he has been facing. He even told the services in his town for Airtel is exceptionally poor.

In any case, the customer was firm on picking Jio and he answered to Airtel that he’s not going to alter his opinion at any point.
