Punjab, the North East, and Jammu and Kashmir were omitted from a distorting map of India that the Punjabi artist Shubh, who lives in Canada, shared on his Instagram account. For obvious explanations, this didn’t sit well with the people of the nation. The singer was forced to take action when the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), the BJP’s youth wing, voiced its displeasure at the singer’s posting of an incorrect map of India on his Instagram account. He was scheduled to perform during the Cruise Control 4.0 event, which was held aboard the Cordelia Cruise in Mumbai from September 23–25.

One of the most popular brands in India, The Boat, has a long-standing sponsorship relationship with Shubh and provides a broad variety of earbuds, headphones, earphones, and wireless speakers. However, following his suspected participation in the Khalistani movement, the company chose to end its sponsorship. They announced this on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Virat Kohli has unfollowed Khalistani Canadian rapper and singer Shubh on Instagram.

Virat Kohli highlighted Shubh when he responded to a fan’s inquiry in the comments regarding his favorite singer. The batsman, along with teammates KL Rahul and Hardik Pandya, chose not to follow the Elevated artist on Instagram after he posted the distorted map of India.
