A 36-year-old CEO of a Mumbai-based music company was allegedly kidnapped from his office. A case was registered against Raj Surve, Son of Shiv Sena MLA Prakash Surve. The lawsuit was filed for assaulting and kidnapping a businessman. The police allegedly rescued the victim after a chase. According to the FIR, the CEO was kidnapped and taken to the MLA’s office. Further, he was forced to sign some documents at gunpoint. The local police rescued the man after they were informed about the incident. Moreover, a case was registered under the Kidnapping and arms act.

The police said that the people entered the CEO’s office located in Chintamani Classique complex in suburban Goregaon in Mumbai. Further took him away after threatening him with the names of political leaders and a person with whom he had a financial dispute.

The CCTV footages show a group of 10-15 people breaking into the office. They assaulted the staff and took the CEO away. Moreover, the office staff immediately called the police and reported the incident.

The police immediately swung into action. After a chase, they managed to track down the vehicle Dahisar in north Mumbai. Moreover, the case involved a loan of Rs 8 crore that was given to the owner of a YouTube channel owner. The channel was named Adishakti Films with the understanding that the amount would be used to create content.

The owner was accused of not returning the money and using the incident as an excuse to cancel the agreement. In conclusion, the young CEO was kidnapped for not paying back the amount taken as a loan. He was forcefully made to sign certain documents at gunpoint. Although, the Mumbai police showed their swift actions and rescued the man from further harassment. This shows the alertness of the country’s Defence system, which is worth applause.
