On April 29, Haley Pullos was driving on the 134 motorway when she went off course, crossed over a median barrier, and began driving in the other direction of oncoming traffic. She eventually collided with a car traveling at an estimated speed of 60 miles per hour.

In addition, the Pasadena Fire Department took to Twitter to publish a series of images taken at the scene of the accident. The photos highlighted the severely damaged state of both cars involved in the collision.

Their Facebook post read, “Pasadena Fire units responded to a traffic collision requiring rescue at the 134 Freeway at the Orange Grove exit early morning. Arriving units found two vehicles involved, with one person trapped, after a reported head-on collision.”

Pasadena firefighters had to get Pullos out of her car. Following that, officers discovered marijuana edibles and small bottles of tequila inside the vehicle. She had slurred speech and smelt like alcohol, according to the report. Furthermore, she argued with first responders, making improper comments to a firefighter who was checking her injuries.

Pullos was arrested for felony DUI while still in the hospital. The cops said that she grew hostile and engaged in a physical struggle with hospital employees. As the situation worsened, authorities decided to use sedation to safeguard the safety of everyone concerned.

Pullos confirmed her role in the automobile accident. She was said added that she would miss a few episodes of General Hospital as a result.
