Debbie Wingham created high heels for the anonymous family in Dubai, which was ordered for a special birthday. It was said that it looked like a cake. This British designer designs these shoes in collaboration with Florida-based contemporary artist Chris Campbell. These heels are featured with precious stones, which include rare three-carat pink diamonds and one-carat blue diamonds. These diamonds alone cost more than $13 million.
