As part of its FCFS Phase IV housing scheme, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) plans to open an online registration system for roughly 5,500 units.

Online registration will begin today, June 30, at 5 p.m., and flat booking will begin on July 10, at 5 p.m. According to a DDA announcement, around 5,500 apartments in the 1,2,3 BHK category are available in various locations throughout Delhi. There are flats available at Rohini, Dwarka, Loknayak Puram, Jasola, Narela, and Sirsapur.

According to the announcement, only one-bedroom flats (1BHK) are available in Rohini, Loknatak Puran, and Sirsapur. There are 1704 units available in Rohini, 140 in Loknatak Puran, and 126 in Loknatak Puran. Dwarka offers just 50 flats for sale, each with two bedrooms (2BHK). There are 41 3BHK units available in Jasola. Narela has 3562 flats offered in 1, 2, and 3 BHK configurations.

 

Cost

Prices for 1 BHK flat in Rohini range from 14.01 lakhs to 14.24 lakhs for an area of 33.29-33.85 square meters. The price of a 1 BHK flat in Loknayak Puram ranges from 26.98 lahks to 28.47 lahks. In Sirsapur, the approximate pricing of a 1 BHK property with an area of 35.76-36.79 square meters is from 17.41 lakh to 17.71 lahks.

Prices for 2 BHK homes in Dwarka vary from 1.25 crore to 1.35 crore, while fees for 3 BHK flats range from 2.08 crore to 2.18 crore. The costs The price of 3 BHK homes in Jasola Vihar is between 2.08 and 2.18 crore. MIG flats in Dwarka cost between 1.25 crore and 1.35 crore. While LIG flats in Narela and Rohini cost 15 lakhs, Siraspur costs 17 lakhs, and Lok Nayakpuram costs 30 lakhs. In Narela, the estimated cost of a 1BHK varies from 9.89 lakhs to 12.54 lakhs, 13.69 lakhs.
