This year also Interbrand has released the ranking of 100 Best Global Brands 2020. The list consists of the top 100 best global brands 2020 and was ranked in terms of its brand value.

 

Apple: Best Global Brand 2020

Apple is the best global brand in 2020. This year the first position with the brand value is Apple. It has a brand value of $322,999 million. Apple has seen a growth of 38% in its value. It has products like iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, and Apple TV. Apple became the first brand to surpass the $300 billion mark.

After Apple, the second in the list is Amazon. Amazon has improved its position from last year by 1. Amazon has seen a growth of 60% and its brand value is $200,667 million. It has added the most to their brand value in terms of growth. The third in the list is Microsoft overtaking the position of Google from the previous year. Microsoft’s value grew 53% to $166001 million. Google has down to 1% and its value is $165,444 million.

The other brands in the top 10 list include Samsung, Coca-Cola, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, McDonald’s, and Disney. They are in the fifth, sixth seventh, eighth, ninth, and tenth positions respectively. However, the brand value of all of these brands has declined in comparison to last year’s data, except for Samsung.

 

Facebook Sees Fall In Its Growth

To everyone surprise, Facebook has seen a fall in its growth again by 12% this year. Facebook has improved its position by 1 position from the previous year and its brand value was estimated at $35,178m.

 

Top 10 Fastest Growers In The List

IT, eCommerce, and OTT brands dominated the top 10 fastest growers in the list. With Amazon and Microsoft in the top 10 followed by Spotify which is in 70th place the growth is 52%, Netflix ranks 41st with a growth of 41% and Adobe is on 27th with a growth of 41%.

Instagram, YouTube, Tesla, and Zoom are the debutants to the list. They stood at 19th, 30th, 40th, and 100th place respectively.
