“Rest in peace, Shosh wa Kinangop. Shosh will always be remembered for her humorous and satirical skits that garnered her a massive following on TikTok.”

Shosh Wa Kinangop’s death comes on the heels of the death of another TikTok comic, Duncan Ochonjo. Ochonjo’s life was tragically cut short while seeking treatment at a hospital. Sandra Dacha, an actress, took to social media to share the tragic news with Ochonjo’s admirers. The comedian had been hospitalized owing to liver issues.

Ochonjo collaborated with fellow comedians Mike Wako and Onsongo to develop amusing sketches that were well-received by audiences. As Brian Njogu, he appeared in various local TV entertainment programs and had the opportunity to work closely with prominent comedians in the country.

Therefore, Shosh Wa Kinangop and Duncan Ochonjo’s deaths have deeply devastated their fans and the comedy community, as their distinct abilities and contributions will be greatly missed.
