Bharti Airtel started this service on April 15, 2025, to handle new SIM card requests across all service types, including prepaid, postpaid, and number portability.

Delivery Service: Customers can avail of this rapid delivery service for the nominal fee of ₹49 only.
Activation Process: Upon receiving the SIM card, users can activate; it’s a straightforward Aadhaar card-based eKYC process. Airtel provides an online link and an instructional video to guide users through activation.
Support Channels: Existing Airtel customers can seek assistance via the Airtel Thanks app, while new customers can contact customer care at 9810012345.
Activation Timeline: To ensure uninterrupted services, it is essential to complete the SIM activation within 15 days of the delivery.
